The upstairs parlor at the Ximenez-Fatio House Museum with the doors open to the balcony overlooking Aviles Street (originally Hospital Street). The house was built by a Spaniard, Andres Ximenez, in 1798 with a general store on the first floor and living quarters on the second. By 1830, the house had been converted to an inn. This parlor was part of the private living quarters of the inn’s manager.
