The flag shows a large light blue triangle on a white background (actually it seems like an uncropped pennant), charged with a white dove, lined black holding a scroll that reads "LIBERAL", flying towards a white five pointed star.
At the Parliament website the flag shows in a proprietary MS Word vectorial format, which seems to be a variant or successor to the previous one. (This image is shown when client browser settings bar the vectorial display.) The changes include details in the shape of the bird, including disappeared head details (a drafting artifact?), and the shape of the flag, now a plain light blue pennant, no longer a light blue triangle on a white rectangle — the three-word motto has also disappeared.
