Stock warrant for 1 ordinary share of the "Shell" Transport & Trading Company to the value of £1, issued on 14 July 1937. The company was founded on 18 October 1897. Interests was consolidated with those of Royal Dutch Co. in 1907, the assets of the 2 companies being transfered to Anglo-Saxon Petroleum Co. and Bataafsche Petroleum Maatschappij. Shell Company holds 40 % of share capital of each of these concerns and Royal Dutch Co. the balance.
