Beschreibung:
Platform 9, Brighton Station The wooden platform is built over former offices and buildings below as the station was originally built on the side of a hill and the eastern portion is still held up by iron pillars. The rails of the platform were pulled up in the mid 1980s and it now provides an access route from the concourse to the car park and the new drop off point that is also the place for replacement buses. The mustard coloured building straight ahead is the home for the British Transport Police and the stations new toilets having once been the left luggage offices whilst the original 1841 clock is to the right.
