Image of Phelan and Collender Billiard Table Manufactory. According to the book the image is taken from, the Factory was on Tenth Avenue in Manhattan extending the full length between 36th and 37th streets and manufactured, among other billiard industry products such as balls and markers, between 700 and 1,000 billiard tables yearly. As of 1872, the factory was three times as large as any other similar billiard factory in the world.
