കേരളീയ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ പ്രസരിപ്പു മുഴുവന് പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുന്നത് ഉത്സവങ്ങളിലാണ്. സാമൂഹികമായ കൂട്ടായ്മയുടെ ആവിഷ്കാരങ്ങളായ ഒട്ടേറെ ഉത്സവങ്ങളുണ്ട്. മിക്ക കലകളും വളര്ന്നു വികസിച്ചതും ആവിഷ്കരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതും ഉത്സവങ്ങളോടനുബന്ധിച്ചാണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം നടന്ന കേരളത്തിലെ പന്തളം മഹാദേവര് ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ കെട്ടുക്കാഴ്ച് ഉത്സവത്തില് നിന്നുള്ള ഒരു ദൃശ്യം.പന്തളത്തെ കുളനട, പനങ്ങാട്, തോന്നല്ലൂര്, കുരമ്പാല, കടയ്ക്കാട് മുതലായ കരകളില് നിന്നും കാളകളെ വര്ണ്ണാഭമായ നിറങ്ങളില് കെട്ടിയൊരുക്കി മഹാദേവര് ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് കൊണ്ടു വന്ന് എഴുന്നള്ളിക്കുന്നു...
