Ibrahim Shinassi Effendi (1840–1888). Most likely, based on naming and other images, of İbrahim Şinasi, the famed Ottoman writer, playwright, and newspaper editor (see [1]). The birth and death dates do not match, however (Şinasi was born 1826, Constantinople (now Istanbul) and died Sept. 13, 1871, Constantinople)
