Das Marienstiftsgymnasium war ein Gymnasium in Stettin, hervorgegangen aus dem im 16. Jahrhundert gegründeten Fürstlichen Pädagogium Stettin. Zeitweise hatte es in Pommern den Rang einer zweiten Landesuniversität nach Greifswald. Nach einer durch die Kriege im 17. Jahrhundert bewirkten Krise folgte im 19. Jahrhundert der Aufstieg zur führenden Schule der preußischen Provinz Pommern. 1805 wurde es zur Raths- und Stadtschule bzw. zum Königlichen und Stadtgymnasium. Das Stadtgymnasium wurde 1869 vom humanistischen Marienstiftsgymnasium abgetrennt.
