4th semifinalist for the flag of Utah [1]. According to the website, the flag's symbolism reads: "Blue represents tradition, power and justice. The beehive references our state slogan, conveying industry, community and cooperation. The center of the star is hope and guidance, while the eight points represent the Tribal Nations, and its white color represents truth and guidance. Gold symbolizes prosperity and happiness."
