Ein Pelzcape ist, entsprechend dem Cape der Textilbekleidung, ein ärmelloses Kleidungsstück aus Fell in Mantel- bis hin zu einer kurzen Jackenlänge, das um die Schultern gelegt wird. Vor allem historisch, dann meist mit Kapuze, wird es auch als Pelerine bezeichnet. In der Mode wird unter einem Cape allgemein ein weiter, langer Umhang verstanden, ein ärmelloser Mantel.
