Western portal of the County Bridge No. 45, which carries County Road 229 (Knox County)/County Road 150N (Daviess County) over the White River northeast of Wheatland, Indiana, United States. Built in 1903, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This photograph is taken at a time of flooding: the houses and trees visible in the distance are normally on the far side of the river, not in its middle.
