Our aircraft industry has world level Three years ago, a separate aircraft industry was set up in the GDR near Dresden. It began the licensing of the "IL-14" in series, which became known in many European cities, since it is bought by Polish, Hungarian, Bulgarian airlines and deployed on their airlines. Of course, the "IL-14" also runs on all lines of Deutsche Lufthansa in the GDR. But that did not satisfy our aircraft manufacturers. Within a half year, 400 design engineers produced 40,000 drawings for the construction of the "152" jet turbine airliner. 60,000 parts lists were filled in, and 3,000 devices and devices were custom-made. 800.00 rivets had to be processed to connect the myriad of metal parts. In the airframe of the "152", 23 kilometers of electric cables with 18,000 small screws and an additional 15 kilometers of electric cables for the flight measurements on the first flight were laid by the electricians. And all of this was created in an unlikely short time. Such is the supremacy of the socialist system in the GDR against the capitalist in fact. Our enemies are also admitting this, as for example the conservative English newspaper "Times", which described our "152" as the Sputnik of the GDR.
U.Bz .: Specially developed hydraulic systems with a compressive and tensile force subject the model of a machine built this type of "152" all sorts of stress and relocate the conditions of the flight in the hall.- The vertical stabilizer is provided with steel fittings. They serve as starting points for the tongs of the enormous hydraulic tearing machines.Dieses Bild wurde im Rahmen einer Kooperation zwischen dem deutschen Bundesarchiv und Wikimedia Deutschland aus dem deutschen Bundesarchiv für Wikimedia Commons zur Verfügung gestellt.
