Monk and La Var Arrington, Washington Redskins, three time Pro-Bowler discussed and participated in the Fuel Up to Play 60 demonstration an in-school nutrition and physical activity program launched by the National Dairy Council and the National Football League, in collaboration with USDA, to combat childhood obesity.
