Nyaung U ist ein Distrikt im zentralen Myanmar. Er befindet sich im Südwesten der Region Mandalay. Sein administratives und funktionales Zentrum ist die gleichnamige Stadt Nyaung U, die 2014 48.528 Einwohner hatte.
