A special forces team comprised of Peruvian navy sailors approaches the Colombian ship ARC Buenaventura (BL 162) in a rigid hull inflatable boat while engaging in visit, board, search and seizure exercises during Fuerzas Alidas PANAMAX 2007 while under way in the Pacific Ocean Sept. 1, 2007.
