Das PTT Pattaya Open 2012 war die 21. Ausgabe des WTA-Tennisturniers in Pattaya. Das Hartplatzturnier der Kategorie International war Teil der WTA Tour 2012 und fand vom 5. bis 12. Februar 2012 statt. In derselben Woche wurden in Paris die Open GDF Suez 2012 ausgetragen.
Titelverteidigerinnen waren im Einzel die Slowakin Daniela Hantuchová, die ihren Titel auch verteidigen konnte, und im Doppel die Paarung Sara Errani und Roberta Vinci.
Qualifikation
Ausgespielt wurden vier Plätze im Einzel, die zur Teilnahme am Hauptfeld des Turniers berechtigten.
