NGC 7591 ist eine Balken-Spiralgalaxie mit aktivem Galaxienkern vom Hubble-Typ SBbc im Sternbild Fische auf der Ekliptik. Sie ist schätzungsweise 228 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 125.000 Lichtjahren.

Im selben Himmelsareal befinden sich u. a. die Galaxien NGC 7562, NGC 7557, NGC 7583, IC 1481.

Das Objekt wurde am 14. August 1864 von Albert Marth entdeckt.[4]
