James Murray (Politiker, 1721)
James Murray (* 21. Januar 1721 in Ballencrieff, East Lothian, Schottland; † 18. Juni 1794 in Battle, England), Mitglied der Royal Society, war ein britischer General, der als Kolonialverwalter und Gouverneur der Provinz von Quebec und später als Gouverneur von Menorca (1778–1782) tätig war.
