IC 3378 ist eine Spiralgalaxie vom Hubble-Typ S im Sternbild Coma Berenices am Nordsternhimmel.

Das Objekt wurde am 7. Mai 1904 vom US-amerikanischen Astronomen Royal Harwood Frost entdeckt.[3]
